We try to accurately depict our products and hope that you will enjoy wearing your jewelry. Please, note that due to items being handcrafted and gemstones being unique in color and pattern, some items may have slight variations in look. If for some reason the piece you received is not what you expected, you may return it under the following criteria:
1- Within 14 days of receipt you must email bebekjewels@gmail.com to inform us of the reason why you are returning the item and please also provide your original order number.
2- The pieces you are returning must be unworn, intact, in their original packaging. We will not accept returns for items that have been worn or damaged.
3- The returned item is mailed back within 3 days of return email authorization. The customer is kindly responsible for return shipping costs. The jewelry must be shipped back in its original packaging in a bubble padded mailer. If the items are damaged or lost during the return shipment we are not responsible and can not provide a refund.
4- Once the returned items are received by us and the conditions criteria listed above are met, we will issue a refund within 48 hours to the payment method used in your original order and of the value of the returned items, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Your credit card company may take 3 to 7 business days to credit your account with the refunded amount.
International Shipping & Returns
Processing Time
International orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary by destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Duties, Taxes & VAT
Applicable duties, taxes, and VAT may be collected at checkout where available and are the responsibility of the customer. In some destinations, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may be assessed upon arrival. Any additional charges imposed by the destination country or local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at bebekjewels@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
International Returns
Eligible international returns must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging and condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Bebek Jewels cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Once your return has been received and inspected, an eligible refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Please note: Original shipping charges and any duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, or other import charges are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
